I suppose we Floridians shouldn't complain about the frigid temperatures--42 degree daytime temperature is mild compared to what those folks up north are going through, they tell me they're at 20 or below...Not to mention we're not having to dig out of our homes through 9 feet of snow! On a more positive note, the local real estate market is definitely heating up! Buyers, if you've been waiting on the sidelines, now may be just the right time to get looking and purchase your new home, condo or building site -- the best priced properties are getting snapped up quickly. Could the 2006 slump be coming to an end? Sellers, if you're planning a move, this might be just the right time to put your property on the market.
